While ensuring that efficient energy management is implemented in the factory as well as the Office premises at all times, Venora Lanka strive to minimize its carbon and Water Foot Print throughout its assembly process. 3R process (Reduce>Recycle>Reuse) is implemented at the factory as a environment friendly organization. Scrap Copper and steel accumulated in the Factory are carefully segregated and sent for recycling through contractors registered with B.O.I. VLPP has been awarded with Green Building Certification for its building and products. Venora group endeavors to design & construct green, sustainable buildings and systems which can promote energy savings, water savings, healthier indoor environments as well as the adoption of more extensive greenery for their projects.

As for existing buildings, Venora encourages its clients to meet their sustainable operational goals and to reduce adverse impacts on their buildings, on the environment and occupant health over the entire building life cycle. Further, it has provided employment opportunities for a team of Engineers in the specialized fields of Electrical Engineering, Design & Estimation and Testing Commissioning and over 40 skilled electricians who are conversant in power panel wiring. Apart from this, Venora Lanka provides regular opportunities for Trainees from Vocational Training Institutes from all parts of Sri Lanka on specialized training on panel boards towards assembling and wiring and absorb a section to them for the permanent cadre.
